Our central core area is as shown, although we welcome members from across the western half of East Sussex, including Worthing in the west, Lewes in the east and Haywards Heath to the north. We overlap catchments with East Sussex ACO.

Events 2020
All meetings in the Long Room, 1st Central County Ground, Eaton Road, Hove, 7:00pm for 7.30pm unless stated otherwise. No charge for members with non members being charged £10 including food.
Recent Meetings

Wednesday 15th April 2020 the 73th Annual General Meeting followed by a Laws Refresher, will be held at the 1st Central County Ground, Eaton Road, Hove, tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
This has been CANCELLED after the recommendation to minimize social contact by the Government as part of the fight against the Coronavirus.

Thursday 20th February 2020 evening with Mike Charman recently retired Scorer for Sussex County Cricket Club, bangers and mash free to members.

Training
Umpire courses are held at the 1st Central County Ground, Eaton Road, Hove.

Stage 1 on Sunday 15th March 2020 Completed

Times for both courses are from 10am to 4:30pm each day, tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

Ongoing membership of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials is not mandatory, but highly recommended, if only for the free insurance cover and free CRB check. You should bear in mind that membership of ECB ACO is mandatory if you intend umpiring ECB controlled matches. Membership currently costs £30 per year.
